Abi Hooper

Abi began her journey with us back in 2013, starting out as a carer in the community. Since then, she’s grown with the company, developing her skills and stepping into new roles – including a period as Acting Registered Manager in 2022. Now as Service Manager, Abi works closely with Charlotte to support all our offices. She enjoys the variety her role brings and values being part of such a supportive, dedicated team. Her open-door policy means she’s always there for colleagues.
