Team Leader – Home Care (Exmouth & East Devon)
Location: Exmouth office (travel required across East Devon & Cornwall)
Salary: Competitive | Full-time

River Exe Healthcare is looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our dedicated team supporting clients across East Devon and Cornwall. You’ll play a vital role at the heart of our care service, supporting staff, managing care delivery, and building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
What you’ll do:
Lead and motivate a team of care professionals
Carry out assessments, reviews, and oversee high-quality care delivery
Mentor and supervise staff through observations, shadowing & training
Be a key link between the office, clients, and care staff
Manage a caseload and support out-of-hours services when required
What you'll get:
Starting rate is from £13.58 per hour
28 days annual leave

About you:
Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Excellent communication, organisation & leadership skills
Confident working independently and in the community (80% field-based)
Committed to person-centred care and team development
